Upgrade your vessel’s functionality and protection with the SEACHOICE Molded Clam Shell Large Extension. Engineered for the demanding marine environment, this essential piece of hardware offers a robust and streamlined solution for both ventilation and cable management. Whether you are looking to cover a cabin vent, protect an exhaust outlet, or create a clean pass-through for wires and control cables, this large clam shell provides unwavering performance and a professional finish. Its thoughtful design deflects rain, sea spray, and wash-downs, ensuring that the areas behind it remain dry and protected while still allowing for necessary airflow or passage.

The primary benefit of the SEACHOICE Clam Shell is its exceptional durability. Built to endure constant exposure to the elements, it resists the damaging effects of saltwater, harsh sunlight, and extreme temperature fluctuations. This means no cracking, fading, or becoming brittle over time, ensuring a long-lasting, reliable installation that maintains your boat´s aesthetic and structural integrity. Its versatile nature makes it an indispensable component for any boat owner, serving multiple purposes with a single, easy-to-install part.

Key Benefits:

* Superior Environmental Protection: The classic clam shell shape is expertly designed to shield openings from direct water intrusion, making it ideal for vents on cabins, hulls, and compartments.
* Multipurpose Functionality: Perfectly suited as a ventilator cover for bilge blowers and compartments, it also excels as a protective cover for routing electrical wires, antenna cables, and shifter or throttle cables, preventing chafe and water entry.
* Enhanced Durability: The UV and weather-resistant construction ensures the extension will not degrade under the sun or in harsh weather, providing a long service life and a consistently clean appearance.
* Streamlined Aesthetics: Adds a clean, finished, and professional look to your boat, covering rough openings and neatly organizing cable runs on the deck or cabin side.

Main Features:

* A robust, single-piece molded construction for maximum strength and water resistance.
* A large, spacious design to accommodate higher airflow requirements or the passage of multiple cables and larger connectors.
* A smooth, finished surface that is easy to clean and complements the look of any fiberglass or painted surface.
* Designed for simple surface mounting on a variety of flat or slightly curved surfaces.

The Ideal Extension for Your Marine Needs

As one of the most versatile Extensions you can add to your boat, this clam shell vent extends the life of your vessel´s components. It acts as a protective extension over vulnerable openings, preventing costly water damage to electronics and interior spaces. By neatly covering cable entry points, it extends the life of the cables themselves by protecting them from the elements and physical wear.
