Engineered specifically for the demanding conditions of marine and automotive environments, this premium rocker switch delivers unparalleled performance, safety, and durability. Whether you are outfitting a new boat, upgrading an existing dashboard, or building a custom control panel for your off-road vehicle, the SIERRA Con3 switch provides the robust functionality and certified protection you need to operate with complete confidence.

Unmatched Durability and Environmental Protection

At the core of the SIERRA Con3 switch is a commitment to longevity. Constructed from high-quality, non-corrosive plastic, it is designed to withstand the harsh effects of saltwater, humidity, and constant UV exposure without degrading. Its exceptional resilience is further proven by its dual IP ratings. This switch protects against dust and prolonged spray to IP66 and IP68 standards, ensuring that internal components remain safe from damaging ingress. This level of protection means the switch is not just splash-proof but can handle powerful water jets and even temporary submersion, making it ideal for open cockpits and exposed panels.

Certified Safety for Peace of Mind

When operating in environments where fuel vapors can be present, safety is non-negotiable. The SIERRA Con3 switch meets the stringent UL 1500 and ISO 8846 ignition protection requirements. This critical certification ensures that the switch is constructed to prevent the emission of sparks, significantly reducing the risk of fire or explosion in marine engine compartments and fuel storage areas. By choosing a SIERRA ignition-protected switch, you are investing in the safety of your passengers, crew, and vessel.
