Sierra Polyester Magneto Ignition Switch 11-MP39100

SIERRA 11-MP39100 Polyester Magneto Ignition Switch | Marine Grade Durability

Ensure your marine engine starts reliably every time with the SIERRA Polyester Magneto Ignition Switch, model 11-MP39100. Engineered specifically for the harsh conditions of marine environments, this high-performance ignition switch provides the durability and safety you need for peace of mind on the water. When your vessel´s performance is on the line, trust Sierra to deliver superior quality and unwavering reliability for your most critical electrical connections. This switch is the cornerstone of a dependable starting system, designed to withstand the elements and provide consistent performance season after season.

Superior Construction for Maximum Protection

The standout feature of the SIERRA 11-MP39100 is its robust polyester construction. Unlike conventional switches that can fall victim to corrosion and electrical failure, this model is built to last.

Polyester Switches:

Provide maximum corrosion protection and eliminate potential shorts.

Inner seal between cylinder.

Does not include push to choke or boot and has a 7/8´´ Mtg hole.

3 Position(Off - Ignition - Start) lock and contact plate.

30 Amp Solenoid.

This polyester housing offers exceptional resistance to saltwater, humidity, UV exposure, and extreme temperatures, preventing the degradation that plagues lesser materials. This advanced construction actively works to eliminate the risk of potential shorts by providing superior insulation, a critical safety feature for any marine electrical system. Furthermore, a precision-engineered inner seal between the cylinder and the contact plate provides an essential barrier against moisture intrusion, protecting the delicate internal contacts from the corrosive effects of water and salt spray, ensuring a clean and reliable connection every time you turn the key.

Reliable Performance and Easy Installation

Designed for straightforward functionality and compatibility, the SIERRA 11-MP39100 features a conventional 3-position operation (Off - Ignition - Start). This intuitive design allows for simple, confident control of your magneto ignition system. The switch is built to handle the demands of marine starting systems, backed by a robust 30 Amp solenoid rating, ensuring it can manage the electrical load without failure.

A faulty ignition switch can cause intermittent power and weak starting, leading to unnecessary battery drain and premature wear on your starting components. By ensuring a solid, clean connection, the Sierra 11-MP39100 helps maintain the health of your entire electrical system, reducing the likelihood you´ll be reaching for battery boosters. It´s a critical component that supports the longevity of your battery and starter. Installation is standardized with a common 7/8-inch mounting hole, making it an ideal drop-in replacement or upgrade for a wide range of boat dashboards and control panels.
