Talamex Hatch Adjuster Knob

TALAMEX Hatch Adjuster Knob | Telescopic Stainless Steel Stay

Enhance the safety, convenience, and functionality of your vessel with the TALAMEX Hatch Adjuster Knob. Expertly designed for the demanding marine environment, this telescopic hatch stay is an essential piece of equipment for any boat owner looking to secure access points and improve on-board living. Say goodbye to propping hatches open with makeshift items or worrying about them slamming shut in rough seas or with a sudden gust of wind. This adjuster provides reliable, hands-free control over your boat’s hatches and lids.

The primary benefit of the TALAMEX Hatch Adjuster is the significant boost in safety it offers. By securely holding a hatch or locker lid open at your desired angle, it prevents accidental closures that can cause serious injury or damage to the boat. This provides peace of mind, especially when children are on board or when you are accessing engine compartments or deep storage areas. Its robust locking mechanism ensures that the hatch remains firmly in place, even when the boat is underway, providing stable and safe access whenever you need it.

Engineered for versatility and durability, these universal hatch stays are designed to be used on a wide variety of applications, such as cabin hatches, storage locker lids, engine bay covers, and access panels. The stay´s core function is its smooth, continuous adjustment. The telescopic arms can be slid in and out effortlessly to achieve the perfect opening height and are securely locked in position by means of a user-friendly clamping system. This system is tightened with a large, ergonomic button-style knob, making it easy to operate even with wet hands. The hatch stays are constructed from high-quality stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and longevity, complemented by durable, UV-stable plastic fittings that withstand harsh sun and saltwater exposure.
