TESSILMARE C40 Profile 25 m | Heavy-Duty PVC Rub Rail System

Upgrade your boat´s protection and aesthetic appeal with the TESSILMARE C40 Profile, a premium-grade PVC wing profile designed for discerning boat owners and professional marine fitters. As a leading product in the accessories and parts subcategory, this 25-meter roll offers a complete, professional solution for safeguarding your vessel´s hull against impacts, scuffs, and abrasions from docks, pilings, and other boats. Engineered by the renowned Italian brand Tessilmare, the C40 profile combines exceptional durability with a sleek, modern design, ensuring your boat not only stays protected but also looks its best.

The primary benefit of the TESSILMARE C40 system is its superior shock-absorbing capability. The robust wing profile is specifically designed to deflect and absorb impact energy, providing a critical buffer that prevents costly damage to your hull´s gelcoat and fiberglass. Its innovative design for boxed couplings ensures a secure, seamless fit that hides all mounting hardware, resulting in a clean, factory-finish look that enhances your boat´s value and appearance. This system is ideal for both new builds and retrofitting, offering a significant upgrade over standard, less effective rub rails.

Main Features:

* High-Impact Absorption: Expertly engineered to provide maximum protection against collisions and everyday wear and tear in a marine environment.
* Sleek Wing Profile Design: Offers a modern and elegant aesthetic that complements the lines of any vessel, from small tenders to larger cruisers.
* Seamless Installation: Designed for a secure boxed coupling system that conceals fasteners, delivering a smooth and professional finish without visible screws.
* Superior Durability: Manufactured to resist degradation from UV rays, saltwater, and marine growth, ensuring it will not crack, fade, or become brittle over time.
* Enhanced Flexibility: The profile is highly flexible, allowing for easy and precise installation around the contours and curves of your boat´s hull.
* Effective Water Rails: The shape of the profile acts as efficient water rails, helping to channel spray and water away from the deck and hull sides for a drier, cleaner ride.
