Protect and enhance your vessel with the TESSILMARE L35 Profile, a premium-grade PVC wing rub rail designed for superior performance and lasting aesthetics. Engineered for boat owners who demand the best in hull protection, the L35 profile offers an exceptional combination of durability, flexibility, and style. This lightweight fender profile is the ideal solution for boats featuring a flat rebate assembly, providing a clean, professional finish that guards against the inevitable bumps, scrapes, and impacts of docking and mooring.

Unrivaled Protection & Performance

The primary benefit of the TESSILMARE L35 is its outstanding shock-absorbing capability. Acting as the first line of defense for your hull, it effectively dissipates the force of contact, preventing costly gelcoat and fiberglass damage. Its robust construction ensures it stands up to the harsh marine environment, resisting degradation from UV rays, saltwater, and temperature fluctuations. The profile’s design also functions as effective Water rails, helping to deflect spray from the hull and contributing to a drier, more comfortable ride for you and your passengers.

Key Features:

* Exceptional Flexibility: One of the L35´s most significant advantages is its ability to be cold-fitted. It easily takes any bend, conforming perfectly to the contours of your boat´s hull without the need for heat guns or specialized bending equipment. This drastically simplifies installation, saving you time, labor, and potential frustration.
* Lightweight Wing Design: The specialized "wing" profile is engineered to be lightweight yet incredibly strong, providing maximum protection without adding unnecessary weight to your vessel.
* Professional, Seamless Finish: When installed with its corresponding components, the L35 system provides a sleek, integrated look that enhances your boat´s appearance, looking as if it were a factory-installed original part.
* System-Based Installation: The L35 profile is part of a complete, engineered system. It is designed to be securely mounted on the required T.18 semi-rigid duralene base support, ensuring a solid and durable fit that will last for seasons to come.
