TESSILMARE L45 Profile 25m | Premium Marine Water Rail & Fender

Protect your investment and enhance your vessel´s aesthetics with the TESSILMARE L45 Profile, a premier fender solution designed for discerning boat owners. Engineered by Italy´s leading marine profile manufacturer, the L45 is a lightweight PVC wing profile that offers superior protection against impacts, scuffs, and abrasions during docking and maneuvering. Supplied in a convenient 25-meter roll, this profile is the perfect choice for outfitting or refurbishing boats that feature a flat rebate assembly, ensuring a clean, integrated, and highly professional finish.

The standout feature of the TESSILMARE L45 is its exceptional flexibility. Designed to "easily take any bend," this profile gracefully follows the complex curves of modern and classic hull designs without kinking or requiring heat treatment. This inherent pliability dramatically simplifies the installation process, saving you time and effort while guaranteeing a flawless, custom-fit appearance along the gunwale and hull-deck joint.

Key Benefits:

* Unrivaled Hull Protection: The robust wing profile design effectively absorbs and deflects impacts, safeguarding your boat’s hull from costly damage at the dock, during mooring, or in tight quarters. Its substantial construction acts as a durable buffer between your vessel and external forces.
* Exceptional Flexibility: Navigate the most demanding hull contours with ease. The L45 profile is engineered to bend and conform to any shape, ensuring a seamless and continuous line of protection without compromising structural integrity or appearance.
* Lightweight Performance: Despite its incredible durability, the L45 is a lightweight profile. This minimizes added weight to your vessel, ensuring that performance and fuel efficiency are not negatively impacted.
* Integrated System: The L45 is part of a complete, intelligently designed system. When combined with the required T22 base support and dedicated finishing accessories, it creates a fully integrated and visually appealing water rail and fender system that looks like a factory installation.

Main Features and Installation:

As a high-performance fender solution, the TESSILMARE L45 is a two-part system designed for a secure and lasting fit. The L45 wing profile is specifically engineered to mount onto the TESSILMARE T22 semi-rigid duralene base support (sold separately). This base is first fixed to the boat’s flat rebate, providing a solid and reliable foundation. The L45 profile then snaps securely into place, concealing the fastenings and creating a sleek, hardware-free look. This assembly functions as one of the most effective Water rails and rubbing strakes on the market.

To complete your professional installation and ensure a polished look from bow to stern, use the compatible Tessilmare accessories.
