Traper Fly Salmon landing net

TRAPER FLY Salmon Landing Net

Master the art of landing trophy fish with the TRAPER FLY Salmon Landing Net, a premier piece of fishing equipment engineered for the most demanding angling situations. This professional landing net is designed for fly fishermen fishing for large salmon and the Huchen, where strength, size, and reliability are paramount. When you´re connected to the fish of a lifetime, ensure you have the right tool to bring the battle to a successful conclusion.

The core challenge when targeting powerful species is having a net that can handle their size and strength. The TRAPER FLY Salmon landing net addresses this directly. The size of landing net is enough for large fish, featuring a generously proportioned basket that provides ample room to safely and securely scoop your prize. The frame is made of durable aluminium, creating a rigid yet lightweight structure that won´t bend or fail under the pressure of a heavy, struggling fish. This robust construction gives you the confidence to manage even the biggest specimens.

Control and comfort are crucial in the final moments of a fight. For this reason, the comfortable handle is manufactured of EVA foam, offering a warm, secure grip that won´t slip, even with wet hands. This ergonomic design reduces fatigue and ensures you maintain full control. A tough plastic ending at the base of the handle adds durability and protects it from a-nd-tear on the riverbank. For ultimate convenience, there is flexible rubber with snap for attaching the net to your wading belt, vest, or pack, keeping it out of the way until the critical moment, then allowing for a quick, one-handed deployment.

Recognizing that different anglers have different preferences, there are two version of the Salmon landing net: with Dacron net and silicone coated net.
* Dacron Net Version: For the traditionalist, this version features a classic, soft Dacron mesh that is deep and pliable, gently cradling the fish.
* Silicone Coated Net Version: The modern choice for the conservation-minded angler. The smooth, silicone-coated mesh is exceptionally fish-friendly, minimizing the removal of protective slime. It is also tangle-free, meaning your flies and hooks won´t get snagged, allowing for a faster release and a quicker return to fishing. This version is also quick-drying and resists absorbing odors.

Choose the TRAPER FLY Salmon Landing Net and equip yourself with the professional-grade gear needed to turn your next big catch from a story into a memory.
