Trudesign 1´´ thru-hull

TRUDESIGN 1" Thru-Hull | The Modern Standard for Marine Safety

Upgrade your vessel´s plumbing with the revolutionary TRUDESIGN 1" Thru-Hull Skin Fitting, the superior choice for any boat owner dedicated to safety, reliability, and long-term performance. Engineered as a direct replacement for traditional bronze and stainless steel fittings, this thru-hull provides a robust and maintenance-free solution for all plumbing applications above and below the waterline. Move beyond the constant worry of corrosion and galvanic isolation; invest in a modern solution that protects the integrity of your hull for years to come.

Designed for the harsh marine environment, the TRUDESIGN 1" Thru-Hull is manufactured from an advanced, high-strength composite material. This innovative construction ensures complete immunity to electrolysis and corrosion, eliminating the primary cause of failure in metallic fittings. This means no more bonding wires, no more galvanic isolators, and ultimate peace of mind knowing your thru-hulls are not degrading silently beneath the surface.

Key Benefits:

* Eliminates Corrosion: Enjoy a zero-corrosion, zero-electrolysis solution. This fitting will never seize, decay, or cause galvanic reactions with other components, ensuring your vessel´s plumbing system remains secure and leak-free.
* Superior Strength & Durability: Don´t let its lightweight nature fool you. This thru-hull exhibits exceptional impact resistance and is certified to the most rigorous international standards, including ISO 9093-2 and ABYC H-27, proving its strength and suitability for offshore use.
* Lightweight Performance: Significantly lighter than its metal counterparts, this thru-hull helps reduce overall vessel weight without compromising on strength. Ideal for performance sailing yachts, racing boats, and anyone looking to optimize their boat´s efficiency.
* UV and Chemical Resistant: Formulated for long-term exposure to sunlight and a wide range of marine chemicals, including antifouling paints, sealants, and cleaning agents. It will not become brittle or weaken over time.
* Effortless Installation & Maintenance: The precision-moulded threads ensure a smooth, secure connection with compatible ball valves and tail fittings. Its paintable surface allows for a seamless, color-matched finish with your hull´s antifouling paint.

Main Features:

* Recessed head design for a clean, flush external finish, reducing drag in the water.
* A large flange base provides a wide surface area for sealant application and distributes load evenly against the hull, ensuring a strong, watertight seal.
* Fully compatible with the entire TRUDESIGN ecosystem, including their world-renowned Ball Valves and hose tail fittings, creating a complete, integrated system from a single, reliable material.
* Suitable for use in a wide range of temperatures, from freezing conditions to hot engine rooms, without loss of structural integrity.
* Certified by IMCI & Bureau Veritas, meeting the highest standards for marine equipment safety and reliability.
