Hi..Do the fixing parts come with it..and does the key come off when the lock is open?

No, the lock does not come with mounting hardware. If your bike does not have holes in the frame for mounting this type of lock,you can purchase a separate mounting kit. In my case, I just used nylon zip ties to attach the lock.This has worked perfectly. The key cannot be removed while the lock is open. Once the lock is closed, you can remove the key.
