I changed the old stem with 2 different hexes to a new one from cinelli with one hex. It looks reliable, but in my opinion a lot of symbols are drawn on it, you could do with just paint and the cinelli sign on the front cover. But overall it's the best value for your money.

ordered 130mm length. everything seems good, installed using one bigger ring spacer than it was initially with previous stem. to everyone who is planning to install new stem - mind that you may need some different combination of ring spacers as your current stem may have slightly different height. in my case that new stem was about 2-3mm shorter and I had to use one bigger ring spacer than it was installed.
