Same high quality product as the original strap. Comes with tools to apply the new strap. Have ordered straps twice previously, but this was my first order with BikeINN. Product arrived promptly, product price was lower than Garmin, with lower delivery charges (and more delivery options). Very happy.

This is a Garmin product and it's perfect when new. I've previously emailed Garmin about the longevity of these straps as I've gone through 6 of them in 4 years. The watch is no longer made now so they won't be changing the design...next move may be to a new watch

this is already my 2nd exchange! The watch strap lasts a maximum of 2 years with continuous use (swimming & running). It is better to exchange it beforehand, as it becomes porous and brittle after just one year.

Have my Garmin 920 XT for 5 years now and already has some miles on the clock. Also use it as a daily "normal" watch, so the fragile looking strap is really good. Well delivered, nothing to complain about. Two small screwdrivers and after 2 minutes everything is assembled. Top product

Cheap compared to other suppliers. Receiving took a little longer.

Delivery well, correct product

The strap is fine because it has many adjustment positions, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired, I already have 3 straps.

Since you took it out of the box, the view that is the original strap jumped. Very good quality and easy to install thanks to the tools included in the package.

Very bad

2019/09/14

Mauricio

Too bad I won't buy there again, they told me it would arrive on a Thursday or Friday and a Tuesday arrived. Since they charge the transport at least they do it well since other companies without charging them meet the deadlines. I do not need to be told that the dates are approximate and less in a product that is substitute than if one buys it is because the one I had was broken and I needed it very much. In addition the order tracking was not clear and I had to be calling.

The product conforms to my expectations

2019/08/29

Fbleda

The product is of good quality and easy to install thanks to the tools provided, however delivery has been longer than expected (10 days) which justifies fewer stars. I still recommend the site.
