I don't think so. This axle is retained in the wheel hub when it is removed from the bike frame. Compatible frames (e.g.Wilier 0-SLR) have dropouts with one side closed (for the thread) and the other an open U so that the wheel can drop ,straight out when the axle is unscrewed. It is quick release because there's no need to completely remove the axle or re-insert ,it.

I believe that the 2020 Supersix Evo onwards is compatible with Mavic Speed Release axles. However it would be worth checking your bikes spec brochure. If it is compatible, your right fork dropout will have an opening at the bottom for the axle to drop through.
