MKS Lambda 9/16´´ Pedals

Experience the pinnacle of comfort and practical design with the MKS Lambda 9/16´´ pedals, a superior choice for the discerning rider. These pedals are a masterclass in functional elegance, providing a stable and confidence-inspiring platform for a wide range of cycling disciplines, especially Urban Cycling.

It is a unique double-sided platform pedal designed in conjunction with Rivendell Bicycle Works.

The large C-shaped step blocks feature a octopus sucker inspired dimple to provide grip.

This thoughtful collaboration results in a pedal that prioritizes rider comfort and real-world usability above all else. The expansive, elongated platform offers exceptional foot support, distributing pressure evenly to reduce fatigue on longer rides and daily commutes. This generous surface area means you can comfortably use any type of footwear, from stiff cycling shoes to casual sneakers, boots, or even sandals, without sacrificing stability.

The genius of the Lambd´s design lies in its unique grip system. Instead of aggressive pins that can damage shoe soles, the surface features concave dimples inspired by an octopus´s suckers. This creates a secure, slip-free connection between your foot and the pedal that is incredibly effective in both wet and dry conditions, all while being gentle on your favorite footwear. The double-sided entry ensures you can get on and go without a second thought—no more fumbling to flip the pedal to the correct side at a traffic light, making them the ultimate companion for stop-and-go city riding.

Engineered for longevity and a lifetime of smooth performance, these pedals feature the legendary MKS high-quality bearing system. The cup and cone bearings are not only silky smooth out of the box but are also fully serviceable, allowing for easy maintenance that ensures your investment will continue to perform flawlessly for years and countless miles to come.

Whether you´re a dedicated commuter, a weekend tourer, or a casual rider who values quality and comfort, the MKS Lambda pedals will transform your cycling experience. They offer a perfect blend of classic aesthetics, innovative function, and robust durability.
