ODI Vans V2.1 Lock-On Grips

Experience the legendary style and unparalleled performance of the ODI Vans V2.1 Lock-On Grips, the ultimate upgrade for your handlebars. A modern evolution of a timeless classic, these grips merge the iconic Vans waffle sole pattern with ODI´s decades of expertise in grip technology. This modern take on the Vans grip adds updated features to the classic design while still providing the rider with the distinctive feel that they have come to love, making them a top choice for discerning cyclists.

The new Vans v2.1 Lock-On Grips feature a new single-clamp design for simplified installation and a clean, streamlined look on your bars. This robust system ensures your grips stay locked in place, providing a secure and slip-free connection for maximum confidence and control, whether you´re navigating busy city streets or hitting your favorite trail. The grips are constructed from ODI’s proprietary Soft Compound materials, delivering a perfect blend of cushioning and durability for a ride that feels as good as it looks.

At the heart of the V2.1 is the updated Vans waffle pattern, meticulously engineered for better comfort and control. This legendary design provides improved padding directly on the palm side of the grip, effectively dampening vibrations and reducing hand fatigue on longer rides. The intricate pattern offers exceptional traction in all conditions, ensuring your hands stay planted for precise handling and a connected feel to your bike.

ODI has refined every aspect of the grip for the modern rider. A new mini flange protects your hands without interfering with shifters, brake levers, or other handlebar components, offering a perfect balance of protection and functionality. Furthermore, the grip features a soft, pliable end that offers improved comfort on the outer edge, preventing pressure points and enhancing the overall feel during aggressive maneuvers or long-distance cruises.

Perfect for urban cycling, BMX, and mountain biking, the ODI Vans V2.1 grips are more than just a component; they are a statement. Each grip color comes with a custom checkered, color-coordinated limited edition clamp, allowing you to customize your ride with a unique and cohesive aesthetic. Elevate your bike´s look and feel with the unmatched comfort and iconic style of the ODI Vans V2.1 Lock-On Grips.

Features:

* Updated Vans waffle pattern provides improved padding on the palm side of the grip for superior shock absorption.
* New single-clamp lock-on system for simple, secure installation and a clean aesthetic.
* New mini flange that protects hands without interfering with handlebar components.
* Has a soft end that offers improved comfort on the out end of the grip.

Really very comfortable handles. I had the V1 version with two clamps, here, there is only one but the handles hold perfectly in place. We'll see how quickly they wear out over time.

Good grip, nice color

Nicolulu

The color looks good in real life, it's pretty faithful. The quality of the plastic of the grip seems good enough for city/leisure use, hold up to see over time. The iridescent metal is very beautiful.

Grippy and good looking

Very nice color, good grip and hand protection on inner side.

Perfect enduro grips

JOSE ANDRES

Excellent grips, great grip and very comfortable! 100% reliable, the material provides great grip and the design is classic Vans.

Super comfortable

2025/11/20

Juan Carlos

I thought the material would be stiff like Vans soles, but they're made of a super comfortable material. The only downside is that they're identical, and when you put them on, one of the fixing screws ends up facing up and the other down. It might seem silly to some, but that kind of thing triggers my obsessive-compulsive disorder! ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Good grips

guillaume

Good handles, only one lock on tightening.

Super

2025/05/18

Great style, great comfort. A little pricey for a pair of grips.

Vans 2.0

2024/11/21

Dennis

The new grips are a lot better than the old version, easier to mount with 1 clamp and your handlebars are nicely protected at the end

Nice / fun

2024/09/24

Julien

Really pretty. Even if they remain apparently the cheapest on the net, for a simple pair of handles it is still a significant amount of money I think. Too bad that the youngest who do not have the money cannot afford them for the most part... Correct grip but it is not crazy either in comparison to the Supercaz handles. It remains a chic bobo thing no more no less. A real rider would never use that. Very pretty to decorate but not for real committed practice

Very good grip
