Hello, you have to measure from center to center, your stem is probably a 110mm, 160mm are rare.

The length of a stem is normally measured between the center of the fork steerer pin (the screw) and the middle of the handlebars. A "+-6" inclination means that it is a reversible stem, which will either be inclined 6° upwards or 6° downwards. If you want a perfectly straight stem, you should actually look for a 0° inclination. But I think it´s less common.
