I have gone from a 100 Ritchey Comp 4axis to this one and have gained control of descent and comfort on the bike. Now I have a more nervous bike with a faster reaction speed in the direction and a more rearward position. It is more controllable and safe (MMR Rakish LTD 2021). Also, when switching between two Ritchey stems, I have not needed any comfort adjustment.
