Product description of Sram NX Eagle MTB chain

Description summary

Elevate your mountain or gravel ride with the SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed chain. Engineered for the demands of off-road cycling, it ensures smooth, reliable shifting and exceptional durability. Its solid pin construction and FLOW LINK™ technology provide superior chain retention and wear resistance, while the PowerLock® connector offers easy, tool-free installation. Experience seamless performance and unlock the full potential of your Eagle drivetrain

SRAM NX Eagle 12-Speed Chain: The Heart of Your Eagle Drivetrain

Unlock the full potential of your mountain or gravel bike with the SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed chain. As the fundamental component of the revolutionary Eagle ecosystem, this chain is engineered to deliver reliable performance, exceptional durability, and the smooth, consistent shifting you expect from SRAM. Designed for the demands of MTB Cycling and versatile enough for rugged Gravel cycling, the NX Eagle chain ensures you can conquer any terrain with confidence.

Seamless Performance and Unmatched Compatibility

The SRAM NX Eagle chain is built on SRAM´s Eagle™ architecture, guaranteeing flawless integration and complete compatibility with every other component in the 12-speed Eagle™ ecosystem. This isn´t just a chain; it´s the key that connects your shifter, derailleur, cassette, and crankset, allowing them to work in perfect harmony. The result is crisp, predictable, and quiet shifting, whether you´re powering up a steep technical climb or accelerating out of a corner on a fast-flowing trail. The unique design of the chain and its inner plates significantly improves chain-guiding, providing a secure connection to the wide-range Eagle cassette and X-SYNC™2 chainring for superior chain retention.

Engineered for Durability and Longevity

At the core of the NX Eagle chain´s design is its robust solid pin construction. This feature provides the strength and resilience needed to withstand the high torque and challenging conditions of modern off-road riding. It´s a true workhorse, built to last and offer consistent performance ride after ride. This inherent durability not only ensures the chain´s own longevity but also provides significantly improved wear resistance on your more expensive Eagle™ cassettes and chainrings, saving you money and maintenance time in the long run.

The inclusion of SRAM´s proven Eagle™ PowerLock® connector with FLOW LINK™ technology makes installation and removal a straightforward process. This single-use, tool-free connecting link provides a secure and reliable closure for the chain, with an ultra-smooth radius on its plates that reduces friction and noise while further increasing performance and wear life.

Key Features:

* Eagle™ Technology: Designed as an integral part of the SRAM 1x™ Eagle drivetrain system for optimal performance.
* Solid Pin Construction: Delivers exceptional strength and durability for aggressive MTB and gravel riding.
* FLOW LINK™ Technology: Features ultra-smooth inner plates that provide better chain-guiding and increased longevity.
* Eagle™ PowerLock®: A reliable and easy-to-use connecting link for secure, tool-free installation.
* Versatile Application: The definitive choice for any 12s SRAM Eagle drivetrain, perfect for all forms of MTB Cycling and increasingly popular for wide-range Gravel cycling setups.

The SRAM NX Eagle chain represents the most accessible entry point into the 12-speed Eagle ecosystem without compromising on the core principles of performance, reliability, and durability that define the SRAM brand. It is the ideal choice for riders building a new bike or looking to replace their chain with a component that is engineered to perform.
