Switch Blaze rim

SWITCH Blaze Rim: Unmatched Durability for Trail, Enduro & eBike

Elevate your mountain biking experience with the SWITCH Blaze, a rim engineered to conquer the most demanding terrains. Designed for the modern rider who demands strength, stability, and performance, the Blaze is the ultimate foundation for a robust wheelset. Whether you´re navigating technical trail sections, pushing the limits in an Enduro race, or harnessing the power of an eBike, this rim is built to inspire confidence on every ride. It strikes the perfect balance between high-end performance and exceptional value, making it the go-to choice for riders looking to upgrade or build their dream wheels without compromise.

The SWITCH Blaze rim is distinguished by its intelligent, performance-oriented features. At its core is an advanced asymmetrical design. This innovative profile is not just for looks; it allows for more even spoke tension between the drive and non-drive sides of the wheel. The direct benefit is a significantly stronger, stiffer, and more durable wheel build that stays true for longer, resisting the immense forces generated during aggressive riding. This meticulous engineering translates to enhanced reliability and peace of mind when you´re deep in the backcountry.

One of the standout features of the Blaze rim is its generous 30 mm internal width. This modern, wide platform is perfectly suited for today´s high-volume MTB tires, providing an optimal footprint for maximum traction and control. The wider base ensures superior tire stability, preventing unwanted squirm and rollover during hard cornering and allowing you to run lower pressures for improved grip and comfort over rough terrain. This crucial feature gives you the precision needed to hold your line through rock gardens and berms with unwavering confidence.

Built as a true workhorse, the Blaze is an exceptionally robust MTB rim, making it the ideal choice for the high-stress applications of Trail, Enduro, and modern eBikes. It is engineered to withstand repeated impacts and the added torque and weight associated with e-mountain bikes, ensuring long-lasting durability where others might fail. Despite its rugged construction, it delivers a responsive and dynamic ride quality. This remarkable combination of strength and performance, offered at a highly competitive price point, provides unparalleled value in the market. Its clean, minimal graphics also make it a versatile option, serving as a perfect, understated replacement rim for a damaged wheel or as a blank canvas for passionate custom wheel builders seeking a sleek, professional finish.
