Ensure maximum uptime and uncompromising reliability for your heavy-duty vehicles with the TIP TOP 116 mm Tube Patch. Engineered in Germany for the most demanding applications, this professional-grade repair patch is the industry standard for permanently sealing large punctures in the inner tubes of commercial, agricultural, and industrial tyres. When a simple repair is not enough, and replacement is too costly, trust in the proven performance of TIP TOP to get your equipment back in service with confidence.

This patch is not just a temporary fix; it is a permanent, integrated solution. The core of its exceptional performance lies in the cold vulcanisation process it´s designed for. When applied with a corresponding vulcanising fluid, the patch doesn´t merely stick to the inner tube; it chemically bonds with it, creating a single, seamless, and incredibly robust piece of material. This molecular bond ensures that the repair is as strong and durable as the original tube itself, eliminating worries about patch failure under load, pressure, or heat.

The superior design is evident in its unique double scalloped edge. This innovative feature is critical for long-term durability. It allows the patch to feather out to a rimless transition, preventing the creation of hard edges that can cause stress, chafing, and eventual failure inside the tyre. Furthermore, this design provides perfect expansion compensation, meaning the patch stretches and flexes in unison with the inner tube as it inflates, deflates, and endures the dynamic stresses of operation. This harmony between patch and tube prevents edge lifting and guarantees a smooth, balanced, and safe repair that lasts the life of the tube.

Ideal for repair shops, fleet maintenance managers, and agricultural operators, the large 116 mm diameter (Size 6) makes this patch perfectly suited for significant injuries to the inner tubes of trucks, tractors, earthmovers, and other heavy machinery. It provides a cost-effective and highly reliable alternative to replacing expensive, large-format inner tubes, reducing operational costs and environmental waste.
