TIP TOP 150x75 mm Tube Patch: The Professional Standard in Tyre Repair

Experience the pinnacle of professional inner tube repair with the TIP TOP 150x75 mm patch, the definitive solution for wheels and tyres in demanding environments. When a simple puncture repair won´t suffice, this heavy-duty patch provides a permanent, reliable, and exceptionally durable fix that restores the integrity of your inner tube. Engineered in Germany and trusted by mechanics and fleet managers worldwide, this patch is designed not just to cover a puncture, but to become a fully integrated, high-performance part of the tube itself.

Forget temporary fixes that fail under pressure. The core of this patch´s unmatched performance lies in its advanced design for cold vulcanisation. This process creates a powerful chemical bond, effectively fusing the patch to the tube material. The result is not merely an adhesive bond but a seamless, molecular-level integration that ensures the repaired area is as strong and reliable as the original tube. This technology guarantees a long-lasting repair that withstands the dynamic stresses of daily operation, from high speeds on the motorway to the intense flexing and pressure changes experienced in agricultural or industrial applications.

A key innovation is the meticulously engineered double scalloped edge. This feature creates a remarkably thin, feathered transition from the patch to the tube surface. This rimless transition is critical for performance and longevity, as it eliminates the hard edges found on inferior patches. A hard edge can create stress risers, leading to chafing, lifting, or even a new failure point as the tube inflates and deflates. With the TIP TOP patch, the repaired area remains perfectly smooth, ensuring uniform stretching and preventing any premature wear or failure at the repair site. This seamless integration allows the tube to function flawlessly within the tyre, without any compromise to safety or performance.

Furthermore, the patch material is formulated for perfect expansion compensation. An inner tube constantly stretches and contracts with changes in temperature and pressure. This patch is designed to stretch and move in perfect harmony with the tube, maintaining its powerful bond without delaminating or peeling. Whether facing the high pressures of a fully loaded commercial vehicle or the constant flexing of an off-road tyre, this patch remains securely bonded, providing a dependable and airtight seal you can count on. The generous 150x75 mm dimension makes it the ideal choice for repairing large punctures, significant cuts, or substantial abrasions on a wide range of heavy-duty inner tubes for trucks, tractors, agricultural machinery, and other industrial vehicles.

Choose the benchmark in tyre repair technology. Choose the peace of mind that comes with a professional-grade repair that is built to last.
