Extensions & Technical Specifications

Engineered for performance and durability without compromise, these extensions are a lightweight yet robust addition to your cockpit.
* Handlebar Compatibility: Designed to fit all standard 22.2 mm diameter mountain bike handlebars.
* Included Tool: A 2.5 mm hex wrench is included for simple and quick installation.
---

Installation Guide

Getting your TOGS Flex ready for the trail is quick and straightforward.

1. To install, firmly flex the legs of the Tog outward.
2. Press the open Tog onto the desired position on your handlebar, typically right next to your grip.
3. Use the included 2.5 mm wrench to lightly tighten the bolt until it is snug.
4. Important: The Tog should still be able to rotate on the bar if you apply firm, twisting force. This allows for fine-tuning your position and prevents damage in the event of a crash. Do not over-tighten, as the internal nut is designed to spin if excessive torque is applied to prevent damage

Simple, light, effective

Franz Quiroz

A simple accessory that fulfills its function, useful for long rides where you want to vary your hand position. Furthermore, it´s an uncommon accessory which gives it a professional aesthetic plus

Relief in hands

2025/10/23

José Manuel

I ride regularly and have pain in my hands. Togs are a great relief. I'm going to order them again for my other bike.

Ergonomic alternative grip position

2025/10/01

Van

the placement of thumb allows for much better aero position or just to relieve fatigue especially on longer . These don't take much real-estate on the handlebar but offer so much

Perfect for changing hand positions.

2025/01/08

Javier

They take up very little space and are perfect for changing the position of your hands on climbs and flat surfaces, thus avoiding discomfort on long routes.

Good alternative grip

2024/10/19

I use them on every bike I change. They are very good and flexible. They allow you to vary the grip on the handlebars a bit. I recommend them.

A lightweight must-have

2024/09/28

Arnaud

Small, very light product that does the job perfectly, allows you to rest your hands in another position. The grip is good and the material seems sturdy.

Great functional product but need better nuts

2024/07/31

Chris

These are fantastic for a small and unobtrusive way to gain another position on the bike. I find them really useful for climbing on longer less technical climbs or when tucking in on pedals bits. The only issue with them is that the nuts they supply just rotate with in the plastic when you try to tighten them down. This is easily solved by replacing the nut with a nyloc nut which will self grip. Also just need to be aware that the tops of the nogs are soft so if you flip your bike to work on it, they will damage over time. Very good functional product would recommend.

Useful

2024/04/24

Silvia

I tried them out of curiosity and they are comfortable for changing hand positions, using force when climbing, and they are discreet.

Nice

2024/03/18

lorenzo

nice position for hands, easy to install

Very useful

2024/02/20

SAMUEL

Very useful for me, they help me have other support and thus relieve tension in my hands.

Small-big change

2024/02/01

Grzegorz

It works well as an additional thumb rest when gripping the steering wheel from above, but you can also try to rest the inner part of your hand to obtain less pressure by changing the inclination of your body.

Took flex

2023/11/21

Fº JAVIER

They are small and very attractive couplings for the inside of the cuffs, to change the posture of the hands, especially the thumb of each hand, I think it is a good idea, since the outside ones run the risk of getting caught in brambles, branches, etc., etc. especially on trails... correct shipping and well packaged, recommended store

Easy to install and surprisingly useful little accessory

TOGS FLEX

2022/11/05

Great product gives you extra position while riding would definitely recommend!!! To be able to change riding position on long rides is fantastic wish I had got these sooner. Ordering and delivery was easy plus product was cheaper than other sites which is a bonus.

Small but effective

2022/08/13

Dan

I bought these for my Jones bars to make the forward position more comfortable. They work like a charm, would highly recommend.

Extension of use: lever protector

2021/11/23

STF

I have a very bad habit (I know) of putting the bike upside down to remove the wheels and load it in the car, a couple of times a week at least; and I also have a habit of keeping the brake levers quite flat, so when I turn the bike upside down, it is the brake pump shell that rests on the ground. the previous brakes were therefore nice chewed on the collar and on the cylinder, and wanting to change them without immediately chopping even the new ones, I found in the TOGS a good solution to rest the bike on the handlebars without ruining anything precious. the hard plastic version I think would have worked better in that sense, but the silicone part makes them look less dangerous in the event of an accidental impact. In the use for which they were designed, I must say that I feel good: uphill and on the flat I often found myself resting my hands with my thumb on the brake levers, I feel good with the thumb rest.

As advertised

2021/02/12

Stephen Cowe

The TOGS do as advertised and allow for different hand positions. Easy to fit and adjust. I use them without thinking now. Would recommend for anyone doing long MTB rides.

Warmly recommended

2021/12/18

David

warmly recommended. Very helpful for riding uphills and gives the arm a rest. Very easy to install

Pat

Quick delivery, easy to fix, exactly what I needed to ease pressure on my wrist after a wrist operation which resulted in a loss in motion range.

Better than hard plastic / carbon ones

2025/03/12

There are hard plastic / carbon grips with similar shape. The fit is exact as those, but this feels better. The plastic is a bit flexible, the rubber on the top adds even more flex and cushion for the thumb thus making this grips feel better than hard plastic / carbon ones.

Great service and quick postage from bikeinn. Thanks. Easy to fit onto my MTB handlebars (you need to take care with brake/gear shifter placement). IMO Togs are living up to my expectations so far.
