Token BB38630P Ninja Lite bottom bracket

TOKEN BB38630P Ninja Lite Bottom Bracket | Silent, Stiff & Lightweight Performance

Upgrade your ride and unleash silent, efficient power with the TOKEN BB38630P Ninja Lite Bottom Bracket. Engineered for the discerning Road Cycling enthusiast, this bottom bracket is the ultimate solution to the common issues of press-fit systems. Say goodbye to frustrating and power-sapping bottom bracket creaks forever. The innovative Ninja "Thread Together" design is the heart of this component´s superior performance. The two sides of the bottom bracket thread securely into each other inside the frame, creating a perfectly aligned, solid, and stable platform for your crankset. This unique design braces the frame´s bottom bracket shell, preventing bearing misalignment and eliminating the micro-movements that cause noise.

The result is a flawlessly smooth and quiet pedaling experience, allowing you to focus on the road ahead and transfer every watt of power directly to the drivetrain. The Ninja Lite model strikes a perfect balance between robust performance and minimal weight, tipping the scales at a mere 100 grams. This makes it an ideal upgrade for cyclists who demand stiffness and reliability without a weight penalty. Its precision construction ensures a perfect interface between your BB386/BB392 frame and 30mm spindle crankset, enhancing overall drivetrain stiffness for sharper acceleration and a more connected feel.

Installation is straightforward for the professional or home mechanic. The 16-notch bearing cups feature a 48.5mm outer diameter and are designed with a 3/8" drive interface, allowing for direct compatibility with a standard torque wrench for precise, factory-spec installation.

Key Benefits:

* Creak-Free Performance: The signature Thread Together design locks the bearings in perfect alignment, permanently eliminating press-fit creak.
* Enhanced Power Transfer: By creating a stiffer and more stable base for the crankset, it ensures your effort is translated into forward motion, not wasted flex.
* Lightweight Durability: At only 100g, it provides a significant performance upgrade without adding unnecessary weight to your road bike.
* Increased Bearing Life: The secure, aligned fit reduces stress on the bearings, protecting them from contamination and premature wear for long-lasting, smooth rotation.
