For fans of adventures under the sea, SEACSUB has created the new MODULAR recreational diving vest , thanks to its versatility it can be worn by women and men, perfectly fitting both.
For greater security, it has a harness built in 100 cordura fabric and very resistant and durable 3D mesh. It has shoulder straps with a soft back support system, D-ring and aluminum ventral clasp.
You can perfectly replace the various parts of the vest without any problem. You can travel with it perfectly since it is very easy and comfortable to store.
Seac® Modular is the new rear-bladder BCD from Seac® designed for the most demanding divers looking a modular BCD to use in their various diving adventures.
Start with a sturdy harness featuring a steel core in the soft backpack as your basis when customizing your Seac® Modular.
Then you can add and replace the various parts of the BCD on your own.

Great travel BCD and First Wing

This is the first BCD I have owned and I love it. It is easier to control than some wings and more flexible than jacket style BCD's. I did not need to buy an aluminium back plate, the canvas / plastic with the metal bar was plenty stiff enough for me with a 15 litre tank. I did think of getting a metal back plate but after using this BCD for over 50 dives I realise I don't need to. I did add trim pockets to the top tank strap which were very useful. I also added weight pockets to the waist belt so that I didn't need a weight belt. having ,the trim pockets and the weight pockets attached to the BCD also meant that I didn't need a crotch strap that many wing type BCD's require. There is a dump valve on the bottom but not on the top and the inflation hose is centrally located. I would have liked a shoulder dump valve and thought of getting one but it would introduce a stress point. Over all this is the best BCD I have used so far.

I dived with the wing 15 times - everything is fine, one thing is bad, I had to buy an additional aluminum rear panel separately.

the difference lies in the rear valve of the corrugated. in the modular it is not able to drain, in the modular rev instead by pulling the corrugated it is possible to drain the air from the BC

Hi, I am a diver around 40 logged dives, but haven't had a complete familiarity with all the equipments used in dives. Usually it is the dive center who sets up my gear for me, and that didn't really help. My question is, upon buying this item, what other gear should I buy to have a set that is complete and fully functional for me to use in diving?
