I chose the Black diamond Solution Harness and read many reviews and youtube videos. We are new to climbing so had no past experience to use apart from the uncomfortable, one-size-fits-all, rental harness!! The harness is super light and true to fit. Only the single waistband strap to tighten, the leg loops are elastic so naturally fit. Definitely a good choice, I would recommend.
