Rafiki Fitz jacket

Discover the ultimate climbing companion in the RAFIKI Fitz Jacket, a lightweight and high-performance men´s insulated synthetic jacket engineered for your vertical pursuits. Designed with a distinctive asymmetric pattern and an anatomical shape, this thermal jacket moves with you, providing exceptional comfort and freedom of movement during your autumn rock climbing adventures. You´ll appreciate its incredibly low weight, making it a piece you can wear all day or pack away without a second thought.

At the core of the Fitz jacket´s superior performance is the proven and environmentally sustainable DuPont Sorona insulation filling. This innovative synthetic insulation delivers outstanding thermal warmth, trapping body heat efficiently while remaining breathable. Made with a minimum of 30% natural content derived from corn husk, its production is also energy-friendly, allowing you to choose gear that is as kind to the planet as it is effective on the crag. This makes the Fitz a premier choice for the eco-conscious climber seeking performance without compromise.

Engineered to shield you from the elements, the outer shell is constructed from a durable rip-stop material. This robust fabric is treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish, providing excellent water resistance against light showers and damp conditions. Its windproof properties ensure that chilling gusts won´t cut through, allowing you to stay focused on your route. The combination of insulation and weather protection makes this the ideal jacket for unpredictable mountain weather.

The RAFIKI Fitz is packed with climber-centric features. The main 2-way YKK zipper allows for easy access to your harness and belay loop, while an internal full-length windproof flap prevents cold air from seeping in. For storage, it includes two zippered main pockets, a secure zippered chest pocket for essentials, and innovative internal mesh pockets perfectly sized for keeping your climbing shoes warm between attempts. The fixed hood is fully adjustable with a drawcord, and a forehead lycra cuff provides a snug, comfortable seal against the wind.

Anatomic and ergonomic shaped sleeves ensure unrestricted reach, while the lycra cuffs and elastic binding on the sleeve cuffs keep them securely in place. The low hem also features regulation for a customized fit that seals out drafts from below. Uniquely, this jacket includes a handy climbing grades chart and comes with its own transport case for easy packing. The RAFIKI Fitz is more than just a piece of clothing; it´s a piece of technical equipment you’ll love and won´t want to take off.
