Rafiki Glen jacket

Discover the RAFIKI Glen Jacket, the ultimate men´s technical insulating jacket designed for the modern climber and outdoor enthusiast. This piece is more than just a layer; it´s a reliable partner for all your vertical adventures and mountain excursions.

This men´s sporty, snug Rafiki technical insulating jacket is perfect for climbing trips year-round, whether you´re belaying a fellow climber, taking in at a belay station, chatting with friends about your next climbing plans, or heading out to the rocks in winter.

At the heart of the Glen´s exceptional performance is its innovative insulated synthetic technology. The jacket is insulated with Du Pont Sorona fill, which is an eco-friendly corn fibre that has great insulating and functional properties. This advanced synthetic fill provides outstanding thermal warmth that keeps you comfortable when the temperatures drop. Honestly, you won´t feel much of a difference between Sorona and down in terms of insulating properties, plus this fill resists moisture and dries quickly, so you don´t have to worry when you get wet a little. This makes the Glen jacket a dependable choice for unpredictable mountain weather.

Engineered for movement, the Glen ensures you are never restricted. Thanks to the underarm stretch gussets, you´ll feel comfortable in this jacket even during a high-intensity activity, allowing for a full range of motion whether you´re reaching for a distant hold or setting up camp. The windproof outer shell acts as a formidable barrier against biting gusts, keeping your core temperature stable. The integrated, well-fitting hood provides additional protection and warmth, sealing out the elements when you need it most.

Rafiki´s attention to practical detail is evident in every feature. The mesh inside the front pockets not only secures your essentials but also increases the thermal comfort, providing a warm haven for cold hands. For the climber and traveler where pack space is a premium, the Glen is highly compressible. The jacket has a stuff sack that it can be packed into, transforming into a small, lightweight bundle that disappears into your backpack. As a unique touch for the climbing community, the inside features the popular climbing grades chart.

From chilly belay sessions to casual evenings planning your next ascent, the RAFIKI Glen is the versatile, eco-conscious insulated jacket that performs when you need it most. It offers the perfect blend of warmth, stretch, and responsible innovation.
