Singing Rock Extra pulley

SINGING ROCK Extra Pulley | High-Efficiency Hauling & Rescue

Engineered for professionals who demand uncompromising performance, the SINGING ROCK Extra Pulley is the definitive choice for complex hauling systems, rescue operations, and industrial work at height. This large pulley is meticulously designed for those who need a superior combination of great hauling efficiency, exceptional durability, and a surprisingly light weight. When your mission involves moving heavy loads with minimal friction and maximum reliability, the Extra Pulley rises to the challenge, delivering consistent and dependable results every time.

Unmatched Hauling Efficiency

At the core of the Extra Pulley´s design is its incredible performance. Featuring a large diameter sheave paired with a highly efficient sealed ball bearing, this pulley achieves an outstanding efficiency rating of 94%. This translates directly into less effort required for hauling, allowing you to lift heavy loads faster and with reduced fatigue. This high level of efficiency is crucial in time-sensitive rescue scenarios and physically demanding industrial tasks, making your work smoother and more effective.

Built for Versatility and System Integration

The SINGING ROCK Extra Pulley is not just a component; it´s the heart of a robust system. It is brilliantly designed and optimized for seamless use with a Prusik friction knot or any mechanical clamps, giving you versatile options for progress capture in your hauling setup. The spacious top attachment point is a key feature, engineered to accept up to three carabiners simultaneously. This allows for the creation of complex and redundant systems, essential for safety and advanced rigging techniques. Compatible with both static and dynamic textile ropes up to 13 mm in diameter, it offers broad utility across a range of climbing and rope access disciplines.

Robust Construction and Long-Term Durability

Durability is paramount in safety equipment, and the Extra Pulley is built to last. The side plates are intelligently formed to provide robust protection for the rope, shielding it from abrasion and contact with surrounding surfaces. The sheave is fixed-by-forging, a process that ensures immense strength and longevity, while an integrated anti-dust cover protects the sealed ball bearing from contaminants, guaranteeing a great lifespan even in harsh environments. For easy maintenance, the side plates feature dedicated holes that enable the cleaning of the ball-bearing surrounding, ensuring smooth operation throughout the pulley´s life. Each unit is marked with a unique production number for easy inspection and traceability.
