Technical Specifications and Features

High-Strength Harpoon Rods:
The foundation of this system is the robust handle, expertly crafted from high-grade aluminium. Its substantial 30mm diameter and 1.5mm tube thickness provide exceptional rigidity and strength without excessive weight, offering a perfect balance for controlled handling. The total extended length of 2 meters ensures you have the necessary reach from the gunwale. For superior grip and comfort during intense moments, the handle is fitted with two protective foam covers (180 cm length, 2mm thickness). A cleverly integrated “quarter twist” Ertalon ring provides a secure and quick-release attachment point for the harpoon rope, ensuring efficient operation.

Special Big-Game Harpoon:
The harpoon head is forged from premium stainless steel for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. Measuring 400mm in length, it is designed for deep, secure penetration. Its defining feature is the 120° retractable barb, which deploys upon entry to create an unbreakable hold, preventing the fish from shaking free. The head includes a heavy-duty 16mm stainless steel ring and a dedicated rope fixing ring with an 8mm diameter, capable of accommodating ropes up to 19mm in diameter. A protective sheath for the point is included to ensure safety and maintain the sharpness of the tip.

Versatile Boat Hook Attachment:
Instantly convert your tool with the included boat hook attachment. Also made from durable stainless steel, this 490mm attachment is essential for various onboard tasks, from retrieving lines and buoys to fending off docks. It features a wide 180mm hook opening for easily grabbing objects in the water. Like the harpoon, it is equipped with robust rope fixing rings (8mm diameter) for ropes up to 19mm, adding to its utility and strength.

Included High-Performance Rope:
Ready for immediate deployment, the system includes a 6-metre length of high-quality rope. Constructed from durable white polypropylene with a 10mm diameter, this rope offers excellent visibility, a strong grip, and the tensile strength required to manage large, powerful game fish securely
