Hart Azimut Trolling Rod

HART Azimut Trolling Rod: Unyielding Power for the Serious Offshore Angler

Discover the ultimate combination of strength, reliability, and value with the HART Azimut Trolling Rod. Specifically engineered for the demanding world of offshore trolling, this rod is your steadfast partner in the pursuit of big game fish. The Azimut series stands out by offering an exceptional quality-price ratio, delivering premium performance and features without the premium price tag, making it the perfect choice for both seasoned veterans and those looking to seriously upgrade their trolling arsenal.

Built to conquer the challenges of the open ocean, the Azimut’s foundation is its incredibly strong, solid fiberglass blank. This one-piece construction provides a seamless and uninterrupted power curve from tip to butt, ensuring maximum strength and durability when you´re connected to a hard-fighting pelagic. The forgiving yet powerful action of the blank has the backbone to subdue tenacious fish while absorbing sudden runs and headshakes, helping to prevent pulled hooks and line breakage during critical moments of the battle.

Functionality and durability are evident in every component. The rod is fitted with heavy-duty, reinforced boat guides designed to handle the immense strain of heavy monofilament or braided lines. The inclusion of a smooth roller tip guide is a game-changer, significantly reducing friction as the line pays out, which is crucial for protecting your line from wear and tear during long, searing runs from powerful fish like tuna, wahoo, and sailfish.

A secure connection between your rod and reel is non-negotiable, and the HART Azimut delivers with a robust metal reel seat featuring reinforced threads. This heavy-duty design ensures your reel stays locked in place, providing a solid, flex-free platform for you to crank down with confidence when the pressure is on. For angler comfort and control during prolonged fights, the rod is equipped with high-density EVA grips. These grips offer a firm, comfortable hold, even when wet, providing the leverage needed to pump and gain line on stubborn fish.

Designed for serious offshore applications, the rod is completed with a durable metal gimbal butt. This essential feature allows the rod to be securely placed in a fighting chair or a rod belt, transferring the load from your arms to your body or the boat itself. This provides superior leverage and reduces fatigue, enabling you to effectively battle trophy-sized fish for longer periods. Each HART Azimut Trolling Rod also includes a protective nylon rod bag for safe storage and transport.
