Good morning. Can you ship this windless with a 7/16 inch chain gypsy? About how long before I receive this in Oregon, 97103, USA? Would you kindly estimate the shipping cost ans VAT. If this is not available, I would consider the Tigres model in either 10mm or 3/8 inch chain, and have the same questions about shipping and VAT. Thank You, Richard
