MIKADO Big Eye Swivels | Size 8

Elevate your rig-building precision and gain the ultimate confidence in your terminal tackle with the MIKADO Big Eye Swivels. Designed with the discerning angler in mind, these swivels are a cornerstone component for creating effective, reliable, and perfectly presented rigs. As a critical link between you and a potential catch of a lifetime, the quality of your swivel should never be a compromise.

Popular in carp fishing, this swivel in standard size 8 with a large eye is an invaluable piece of equipment for both leader and rig assembly. It is especially crucial for the correct mechanics of modern rigs, particularly for chod and helicopter types. The entire component is finished with a durable, black matt coating to ensure maximum stealth underwater.

Key Benefits for a Superior Fishing Experience:

The MIKADO Big Eye Swivel is engineered to solve common angling challenges, providing tangible benefits that translate to more fish on the bank.
* Enhanced Rig Mechanics and Presentation: The signature "Big Eye" is the core feature, providing substantially more freedom of movement than standard swivels. This is absolutely essential for helicopter and chod rigs, allowing the hooklink to rotate 360 degrees around the leader smoothly and without binding. This uninhibited movement ensures your rig settles perfectly on any lakebed, from soft silt to gravel, presenting your bait in the most natural and effective way possible.
* Ultimate Stealth and Discretion: Wary, specimen-sized fish are easily spooked by unnatural glints and reflections from underwater hardware. The MIKADO Big Eye Swivels feature a premium, non-reflective black matt coating. This covert finish expertly camouflages your rig, blending it seamlessly into the lakebed environment and eliminating any metallic glare that could alert cautious fish to danger. Fish with the confidence that your end tackle is virtually invisible.
* Uncompromising Strength and Reliability: Rated to a formidable 28 kg (61.7 lbs), these swivels provide the brute strength and peace of mind needed when connected to a powerful, hard-fighting fish. The robust construction ensures that this critical connection point will not fail under pressure, allowing you to apply maximum force when required. The smooth rotational performance also significantly reduces line twist, preserving the strength and integrity of your mainline and leader.

Main Features:

* Enlarged eye for superior, frictionless rotation and rig movement.
* Standardized size 8 for universal compatibility with most carp fishing lead clips, beads, and sleeves.
* Durable, non-reflective black matt finish for ultimate camouflage.

Whether you are a dedicated carp angler perfecting your chod rig presentation or a versatile specialist who demands strength and reliability from every component, the MIKADO Big Eye Swivels are an essential addition to your tackle box.
