Mikado MFT Predator spinning rod

MIKADO MFT Predator Spinning Rod 235cm / 15-60g

Unleash your full potential and dominate the water with the MIKADO MFT Predator Spinning Rod. Engineered for the dedicated angler who accepts no compromises in the hunt for trophy fish, this rod is the pinnacle of power and performance in the MFT series. If you dream of battling monster pike, powerful zander, and other formidable predators, your ultimate tool has arrived.

As the strongest model in the acclaimed MFT family, the Predator Spin is meticulously engineered for predator fishing with large and heavy lures. It possesses the raw power needed to cast substantial swimbaits, heavy soft plastics, and big spinnerbaits with exceptional distance and accuracy, covering more water to find where the giants lurk. Its robust backbone gives you the confidence to set the hook decisively, even at long range or in deep water, ensuring a solid connection to your prize.

The genius of the MFT Predator lies in its exceptionally designed action. The rod features a fast action for lightning-quick responsiveness and superior sensitivity, allowing you to feel the most subtle takes and the slightest changes in your lure´s movement. However, when the fight is on, the rod reveals its intelligent design. It exhibits a deeper, more progressive bend when landing big fish, creating a parabolic curve that absorbs powerful headshakes and sudden runs. This crucial feature acts as a shock absorber, protecting your line and preventing hook pulls, giving you the control needed to tire out and land your personal best. All the while, it retains immense power in the lower section, providing the leverage you need to steer a heavyweight predator away from snags and command the fight from start to finish. This dynamic performance makes it perfect for trophy hunting.

Designed for both performance and practicality, this two-piece rod boasts a convenient transport length, making it easy to carry to your most remote and promising fishing spots. Despite its incredible strength, it remains remarkably lightweight and well-balanced, reducing fatigue during long days of continuous casting. Every element is crafted to enhance your experience and maximize your success when targeting the largest predators in the water.
