Mikado Pop Up Foam float

MIKADO Pop Up Foam Float – High-Buoyancy Lures for Zig Rig & Surface Angling

Elevate your angling presentation and unlock new depths with the MIKADO Pop Up Foam float, an essential component for the modern and specialist angler. Designed for ultimate versatility and performance, this innovative range of small parts is engineered to give you a distinct advantage when targeting wary fish in various water columns.

This is a series of floating, foam-made lures designed for angling in deep water - Zig Rig, surface techniques and standard pop up boilies rigs. Floatable foams are available in vivid colours and can be soaked with dips. This core design philosophy makes the MIKADO Pop Up Foam an indispensable tool for a multitude of angling situations, from carp fishing in deep lakes to stalking fish in the margins.

Key Benefits & Unmatched Versatility

The primary benefit of the MIKADO Pop Up Foam lies in its exceptional and reliable buoyancy. Perfect for the demanding Zig Rig technique, these foam floats provide the critical lift needed to suspend your hookbait tantalizingly in mid-water, intercepting cruising carp and other species that feed off the bottom. For surface techniques, they create an irresistible visual and subtle disturbance on the water, mimicking natural food items and triggering aggressive surface takes. Furthermore, they are an essential component for creating critically balanced pop up boilie rigs, allowing you to present a wafter-style or fully popped-up bait with precision, ensuring it behaves naturally and entices a confident bite.

Main Features for Superior Performance

The range of vivid, eye-catching colours is a game-changer. These high-visibility shades, from fluorescent yellow to bold red and classic black, are not just for angler visibility; they act as a powerful visual attractant for fish. You can match the colour to the prevailing light conditions, water clarity, or even mimic local food sources like berries or insects to create a presentation that fish simply cannot ignore.

Gain a significant advantage by customizing your scent profile. The unique foam structure is highly absorbent, allowing it to be soaked with your favourite dips, liquids, and attractors. This transforms the foam from a simple float into a potent scent-dispersal system, creating a long-lasting and compelling flavour trail directly around your hookbait. This feature allows you to perfectly match your hookbait´s scent to your free offerings or introduce a completely unique attractor to stand out from the crowd.
