Plastimo 3 Hooks Double Safety Strap 1.5 m

PLASTIMO 3 Hooks Double Safety Strap 1.5 m | Ultimate Offshore Safety Tether

Navigate with confidence and ensure your unwavering connection to your vessel with the PLASTIMO 3 Hooks Double Safety Strap. Engineered for the most demanding marine environments, this 1.5-meter safety tether is an essential piece of equipment for every sailor, from the coastal cruiser to the competitive offshore racer. It provides the ultimate peace of mind, allowing you to focus on the thrill of sailing, knowing you are securely tethered.

The standout benefit of this system is its three-hook configuration. This design allows for continuous and unbroken attachment to your boat´s jacklines. As you move around the deck, you can clip on to the next anchor point before unclipping from the previous one, completely eliminating the dangerous moments of being untethered. This feature is critical for safety during rough seas, at night, or when working on the foredeck.

Each of the three carabiners is designed with a double security mechanism. This robust locking system prevents accidental opening caused by twisting or snagging on lines and equipment. It requires a deliberate two-step action to open, ensuring your lifeline remains securely fastened to both your harness and the boat´s strong points at all times. This superior level of security is what sets the PLASTIMO safety strap apart.

When the cord is subjected to an excessive load, the overload indicator will come out and let a label appear indicating that the cord must be replaced.

Complies with ISAF / ORC specifications.

This intelligent overload indicator is a crucial innovation. In the event of a heavy fall or a sudden, extreme load, a hidden label is revealed. This visual cue provides an unmistakable warning that the strap´s integrity has been compromised and it must be replaced immediately. It removes any guesswork about the condition of your gear, ensuring you always rely on equipment that is certified safe for use. By complying with the stringent specifications set by ISAF / ORC (World Sailing), this safety strap is proven to meet the highest standards required for offshore racing, guaranteeing top-tier performance and reliability when you need it most.
