Preston Innovations Safe Method rod pod

Preston Innovations Safe Method Rest – The Ultimate in Rod Security

Experience complete peace of mind on the bank with the Preston Innovations Safe Method Rest, the definitive solution for securing your rod during intense fishing sessions. Expertly engineered for the modern coarse angler, this rest provides an unparalleled combination of safety, versatility, and performance. A compact secure solution to keeping your rod safe when feeder or float fishing.

Featuring a soft touch over mould & a gap for your line to travel through smoothly, this rest also features a curved guard to prevent your rod being pulled into the lake. This innovative design is your first line of defence against the aggressive, rod-wrenching takes common in Method feeder fishing, ensuring your valuable equipment stays safely on the bank and in your control.

Unmatched Security and Performance

The core benefit of the Safe Method Rest is its ability to give you the confidence to fish locked-up or with a tightly set clutch, knowing your rod is completely secure. The deep, V-shaped groove allows for precise positioning of the rod, while the signature high-curved arm acts as an impassable barrier. When a powerful carp or barbel hits your bait and charges off, this guard prevents the rod from being snatched from the rest, giving you the crucial seconds needed to react and engage the fish. This feature is not just a convenience; it´s essential protection for your rod and reel.

Designed for the Discerning Angler

Every aspect of the Preston Innovations Safe Method Rest has been meticulously considered. The main body is covered in a soft-touch, rubberised material that gently cradles your rod blank, preventing any scratches or compression damage to the carbon. At the base of the ´V´, a dedicated slot allows your mainline to run freely, ensuring that even the most delicate bite indications are transmitted flawlessly to your rod tip without any impediment. This makes it not only perfect for Method feeder work but also an exceptional choice for conventional feeder and float fishing, where sensitivity is key.

Key Features:

* Deep V-Shaped Rest: Allows for versatile rod positioning and increased line tension on the tip when required.
* Integrated Rod Safety Guard: The tall, curved end arm physically stops your rod from being pulled in during violent takes.
* Soft-Touch Over-Moulded Body: Protects the rod blank from scratches and cosmetic damage, preserving the condition of your gear.
* Central Line-Flow Gap: Ensures your line can move freely for superior bite detection and smooth performance when a fish takes line.
* Universal Brass Screw Thread: Offers maximum durability and compatibility, allowing it to be securely fitted to all standard banksticks, buzz bars, and rod pod systems.
* Compact and Lightweight Design: Adds minimal weight and bulk to your tackle, making it easy to transport and quick to set up.

The Preston Innovations Safe Method Rest is more than just a rod holder; it is an essential piece of angling equipment that provides security and enhances your fishing experience.
