Prologic C-Series XL retainer sling

Discover the ultimate in fish care and bankside management with the PROLOGIC C-Series XL Retainer Sling, an essential piece of fishing equipment for the dedicated carp angler. Engineered to provide maximum safety and minimum stress for your prized catch, this extra-large retainer and weigh sling is the perfect partner for your long sessions on the bank, fitting seamlessly into your bivvy and bankside setup. When you’ve finally landed that target fish, its welfare becomes the top priority, and the C-Series XL sling is built to ensure that responsibility is met with professional-grade quality.

The primary benefit of this retainer sling is its exceptional design focused on carp safety. The main body is constructed from a soft, fish-friendly, and quick-draining mesh that protects the delicate mucus layer and scales of the fish. This is complemented by dark, calming coloured panels that help to reduce the fish´s stress levels while it is being retained. Large, high-density foam floats run along the full length of each top bar, ensuring the sling maintains perfect buoyancy and remains visible on the water´s surface at all times. This allows for optimal water exchange, keeping the carp safely oxygenated while you prepare your camera and weighing equipment.

Functionality is at the heart of the C-Series XL. It features oversized, heavy-duty zippers that run the full length and are incredibly easy to operate, even with cold hands. These zippers are fitted with secure locking rings to completely eliminate the risk of an accidental escape. For easy and secure handling, the sling is equipped with multiple reinforced grab handles for safe lifting and carrying, as well as dedicated, centrally positioned metal rings for attaching to your weigh scale hooks, ensuring a balanced and accurate reading every time. A long, high-visibility tether cord is included, complete with a durable clip and a universal bank stick screw attachment, allowing you to securely moor the sling in the margins.

Bags

For ultimate convenience and to maintain cleanliness, the PROLOGIC C-Series XL Retainer Sling is supplied in its own waterproof carry bag. This dedicated bag keeps odours and moisture contained during transport, protecting your vehicle and other gear.
