Prosea Clamp 25-40 Strap 9

PROSEA Clamp 25-40 Strap 9 | Marine-Grade AISI 316 Stainless Steel Fitting

Ensure the ultimate safety and reliability of your vessel’s critical systems with the PROSEA Clamp 25-40 Strap 9. Expertly engineered for the demanding marine environment, this premium fitting is the definitive choice for boat owners, marine mechanics, and shipyards who refuse to compromise on quality. Designed to provide a steadfast and leak-proof seal, this clamp is an essential component for maintaining the integrity of your boat´s plumbing and engine systems, offering peace of mind whether you are moored at the dock or navigating challenging waters.

Unmatched Durability and Corrosion Resistance

The primary challenge for any marine hardware is the relentless attack from saltwater, spray, and high humidity. The PROSEA Clamp rises above this challenge by being manufactured entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel. This premium, marine-grade material offers superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, especially in chloride-rich environments. This means no rust, no seizing, and no unexpected failures. Its W4 classification further guarantees that every single part of the clamp—the band, the housing, and the screw—is made from this high-quality stainless steel, ensuring consistent performance and an exceptionally long service life.

Superior Design for Secure Performance

These PROSEA Clamps feature a robust endless screw (worm drive) mechanism, which allows for high-torque tightening and a uniform pressure distribution around the hose. This design ensures a powerful, non-slip grip that prevents leaks in crucial lines, such as fuel, exhaust, engine cooling, and sanitation systems. The 9mm wide strap provides a broad contact surface, reducing the risk of hose damage while maximizing sealing efficiency. Furthermore, the band edges are specially finished to be "anticortent" (anti-cutting), protecting soft rubber and silicone hoses from being sliced or damaged as the clamp is tightened, preserving the integrity of your connections.
