Raymarine Column pedestal support

Raymarine Column Pedestal Support for Tiller Pilots

Ensure the optimal performance and longevity of your vessel´s autopilot system with the genuine RAYMARINE Column Pedestal Support. This essential mounting accessory is specifically engineered for sailors who need to perfect the installation geometry of their Raymarine tiller pilot. If your cockpit bench or coaming is too low relative to your boat´s tiller, this pedestal provides the ideal solution, guaranteeing a flawless connection and operation.

The pedestal is a mounting accessory for your Raymarine tiller pilot to raise the mounting on the bench. By elevating the tiller pilot´s mounting socket, it corrects the operational angle of the pushrod, ensuring it remains level. This precise alignment is critical for the autopilot´s efficiency, accuracy, and reliability, allowing it to steer your course with maximum precision and minimum power consumption.

Key Benefits:

* Optimized Autopilot Performance: By creating a level pushrod angle, this support eliminates binding and unnecessary strain on the tiller pilot´s motor. This results in smoother, more responsive steering corrections and superior course-keeping in all sea conditions.
* Increased Equipment Longevity: An incorrect mounting angle puts constant stress on the tiller pilot´s internal mechanics and drive unit. This pedestal significantly reduces wear and tear, extending the operational life of your valuable Raymarine equipment.
* Secure and Stable Mounting: Designed to provide a solid and robust foundation, the pedestal ensures your tiller pilot remains securely fixed, even in rough waters. Its stable base offers a reliable platform for the demanding job of steering your vessel.
* Seamless Integration: As a genuine Raymarine accessory, this pedestal support guarantees perfect compatibility and fit with specified tiller pilot models, maintaining the clean and professional look of your cockpit setup.

Main Features:

* An elevated mounting platform designed to raise the tiller pilot socket to the correct height.
* A robust and durable design engineered to withstand the harsh marine environment, including exposure to UV rays and saltwater.
* A precisely engineered interface for a secure and simple connection with the tiller pilot´s mounting socket.
* A wide, stable base for a secure installation onto the cockpit bench or other mounting surfaces.
