Hi may I know , is this boots suits for toddler age 1-3 yrs old . Im a little bit confuse when i compare this size chart to other boots . Im from Malaysia and this is my 1st time going for a holiday in Japan.Im looking for a snow boots for my children and myself because we are taking them to play snow at the Ski resort .
