Scanstrut 25º 25 cm Aluminium Support

SCANSTRUT 25º 25 cm Aluminium Support: The Ultimate Mast Mounting Solution for Marine Antennas

Elevate your vessel´s electronic performance with the SCANSTRUT 25º 25 cm Aluminium Support, expertly engineered for sailors who demand reliability and optimal signal clarity. Designed to securely position your essential marine antennas high on the mast, this support clears the deck of clutter and places your equipment in the ideal location for maximum range and performance. It is the definitive choice for mounting radomes, satellite antennas, and cameras, ensuring your electronics function flawlessly when you need them most, from coastal cruising to offshore passages.

The innovative design of this mast support is focused on one primary goal: enhancing the capability of your electronics. The fixed 25-degree aft-leaning angle is meticulously calculated to compensate for the mast rake and the boat´s angle of heel, keeping your antenna array more level with the horizon. This critical orientation dramatically improves signal acquisition and tracking, resulting in a clearer, more stable radar picture and a stronger, more consistent satellite connection. By raising the antenna, it also helps to minimize signal interference and blind spots caused by the mast shadow and other onboard structures.

Built for the rigors of the marine environment, this support provides an exceptionally stable and secure platform for your valuable equipment. Its robust construction ensures your antenna is protected from intense vibrations, shock loading, and the constant motion experienced at sea. The installation process is streamlined for a clean, professional, and watertight finish. An integrated internal cable routing system allows electrical wires to pass directly through the mast, protecting them from UV exposure, saltwater, and the risk of snagging on lines or sails. This results in a flawless, snag-free installation that preserves the aesthetic of your vessel and enhances safety.

Key Benefits:

* Optimized Signal Performance: The 25º aft-leaning design ensures your antenna maintains a better angle to the horizon, significantly improving signal strength and consistency, especially while underway.
* Unrivaled Equipment Protection: Provides a secure and vibration-dampened mounting point, safeguarding your expensive radar or satcom antenna from the harsh dynamics of a marine environment.
* Clean and Professional Installation: Features an internal cable management system for a tidy, snag-free rig. The watertight base seal prevents any water ingress into the mast, protecting its structural integrity and the cabling within.
* Enhanced Safety and Reliability: Elevating the antenna reduces the risk of collision with the boom and keeps sensitive wiring away from rigging, ensuring long-term operational reliability.
