Key Benefits for Uncompromised Performance

Experience long-lasting reliability in the demanding marine environment. This SEACHOICE thru-hull is engineered for exceptional resilience against the corrosive effects of saltwater, constant exposure to harsh UV sunlight, and contact with common boat maintenance chemicals. Its robust construction ensures it will not degrade, become brittle, or fail when you need it most. The fitting is designed to create a secure, watertight seal against your boat´s hull, preventing unwanted water intrusion and protecting the structural integrity of your vessel. Installation is straightforward, providing a professional, clean finish that enhances your boat´s appearance while delivering superior function.

Distinguishing Features

The SEACHOICE 16 mm thru-hull is thoughtfully designed for optimal performance and ease of use. A key feature is the integrated barbed hose connector, which grips the interior of a 16 mm (5/8") hose firmly to create a powerful, leak-proof connection that resists slippage, even under pressure and vibration. The fitting includes a precision-threaded body and a matching mounting nut, allowing for a secure and tight installation on various hull thicknesses. The wide, low-profile flange provides a large surface area for bedding compound, ensuring a superior seal and a clean, flush look on the exterior of your hull. This fitting is specifically intended for installations above the waterline, making it the perfect choice for cockpit scuppers, bilge pump outlets, livewell overflows, and drain lines.
