SPRO NANGA Aurora Down Vest: Uncompromising Warmth and Waterproof Performance for Anglers

Experience the pinnacle of angling apparel with the SPRO NANGA Aurora Down Vest, a masterclass in functional design born from the collaboration between fishing expert SPRO and Japanese outdoor legend NANGA. Engineered for the dedicated angler who faces unpredictable elements, this thermal vest delivers exceptional warmth, complete weather protection, and unparalleled freedom of movement. Its advanced synthetic, waterproof, and windproof outer shell shields you from the harshest conditions, making it an essential piece of gear for any serious fishing expedition, designed to serve the modern man on the water.

This anglers inspired body warmer is functional, stylish and super comfortable.

Although this is a slim fit body warmer, it is surprisingly warmer than it looks - Nanga knows how to keep you warm under any circumstances and you can rely on that.

Plus, this lightweight body warmer allows you to move with ease so you are always ready to be on the move.

The SPRO NANGA Aurora Down Vest is meticulously crafted to meet the specific demands of fishing. At its core is the innovative AURORA-TEX® fabric, a high-performance material that provides a formidable waterproof and windproof barrier against rain, spray, and biting winds. This ensures you stay dry and comfortable from the boat to the bank. Crucially, its breathable nature allows moisture vapor to escape, preventing overheating during active moments like casting or walking to your next spot.

The vest’s remarkable warmth-to-weight ratio is achieved through its Premium Down x Kawada Feather core. This high-loft insulation traps body heat with incredible efficiency, providing a level of thermal performance that defies the vest´s slim and lightweight profile. It’s the perfect solution for cold mornings on the lake, chilly evenings by the river, and everything in between, keeping you focused on the fish, not the cold.

Engineered with a sleek, unisex fit and a practical medium length, the SPRO NANGA Aurora Vest is designed to work with you, not against you. The sleeveless vest design offers complete and unrestricted arm mobility, which is absolutely essential for perfect casting, retrieving, and managing your line. Its lightweight construction means you´ll barely notice you´re wearing it, eliminating bulk and promoting agility. When the weather turns, the integrated, adjustable hood offers additional protection for your head and neck, sealing out wind and rain.

This vest is also a testament to angler-centric, functional design. It features an array of strategically placed pockets to keep your essentials organized and within reach. There are three accessible pockets on the front for tools, leader spools, and fly boxes; a large, discreet pocket on the back for stowing larger items like a light rain jacket or gloves; and a secure interior pocket perfect for your phone, wallet, or fishing license. Every detail, from the pocket placement to the high-quality zippers, has been considered to enhance your time on the water.
