Whether you are a competitive angler or a dedicated enthusiast, the JN110 hook provides the reliability and effectiveness needed to turn a good day on the water into a great one.

These are hi-end, specialist Hikara fly hooks, manufactured in Japan with the newest technology. Thanks to chemical sharpening, they remain sharp for a long time. Unbelievably robust, they keep the hooked fish secure during a long fight. The perfect shape, with all angles between the shank, eye, and point developed in order to assure a firm hook set, defines their superior engineering. The JN110 is a typical jig hook for making nymphs, representing the pinnacle of design for this specific application.

Key Benefits and Features

The exceptional quality of the Jig Nymph 100 stems from its advanced manufacturing and purpose-driven design. The chemically sharpened point offers instantaneous penetration, ensuring that even the most subtle takes are converted into solid hook-ups. This long-lasting sharpness means you can fish longer without worrying about a dulling point costing you a fish of a lifetime. Its incredible strength and robustness provide the backbone to battle large, powerful trout and grayling, giving you the assurance that your connection to the fish will hold, even under intense pressure.

The barbless design is a critical feature for the conservation-minded angler. It allows for quick and easy hook removal, minimizing stress and injury to the fish, making it an ideal choice for catch-and-release waters and regulated fisheries. Furthermore, the lack of a barb aids in deeper, more secure penetration upon the hook set. The hook’s geometry has been perfected, with every angle and curve meticulously calculated to maximize holding power and prevent fish from throwing the hook during an acrobatic fight.
