Upgrade your vessel´s rigging with the TYLASKA T5L Large Bail Snap Shackle, a masterpiece of engineering designed for sailors who demand the highest performance without compromise. As a crucial component in the Fitting subcategory, this shackle sets the industry standard for strength, reliability, and lightweight design, making it the premier choice for competitive and discerning sailors.

The TYLASKA T5L is engineered to provide an unmatched combination of immense strength and exceptionally low weight. Tylaska T5 Snap Shackles are perfect for small boat applications where these two attributes are paramount. This shackle redefines expectations, offering an extraordinary strength-to-weight ratio that is critical for reducing weight aloft, improving righting moment, and ultimately, enhancing your boat´s overall speed and responsiveness. Its superior performance makes it the ideal upgrade for J-24s, Mumm 30s, and similar high-performance boats where every ounce and every ounce of strength counts.

A key feature of the T5L model is its signature large bail, which provides superior versatility compared to standard bail configurations. This larger opening easily accommodates multiple lines, thicker-diameter sheets, or hardware, facilitating quicker and more secure connections for halyards, sheets, and control lines. Functioning as a highly specialized evolution of marine carabiners, the T5L snap shackle is purpose-built for the unique stresses and dynamic loads of sailing, ensuring quick, positive closure and easy release when you need it most.

Crafted for durability and longevity in the harsh marine environment, the shackle is built from heat-treated 17-4 PH stainless steel, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear. To suit your vessel´s unique aesthetic, the T5L standard and large bail snap shackles are available with a classic polished look, a decorative bronze PVD, or a stealthy black oxide finish, allowing you to match performance with style.

Important Usage Notice: The T5 is intended for static load applications only and is NOT approved for human suspension or overhead lifting applications. Always adhere to the specified working loads for maximum safety and performance.
