Instant powder mix with creatine monohydrate Creapure® for the preparation of refreshing and tasty drink. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Directions:
- Recommended daily dosage: 3,5 g (3/4 scoop). Recomended use: Mix 3,5 g ( 3/4 scoop) with 200 ml of cold water and drink immediately. Use approx. 30-60 minutes before training. For mixing use a hand held shaker. Athletes using creatine monohydrate should consume at least 2000 ml of water daily to maximize hydration.
