Directions:
- Recommended dosage: As isotonic drink take 1 scoop (30 grams) of powder to 500 ml of water.
- Beverage Osmolality: 275-305 mOsm / 1000 ml.
- Recommended daily dosage is 30-60 g (500-1000 ml of isotonic drink during sport activity). As hypotonic drink take 15 g of powder IsoLyte to 500 ml of water.
