This is good for a 16.5cm wheelbase because the structure remains flexible enough to adapt to the frame width. It is approximately 15cm - 16cm.

It is made of a special alloy, lighter than other pannier racks. It is of great quality. Unfortunately, it does not come with screws for installation. The holes for mounting the reflector or rear light are 50mm (it does not support 80mm). It has an accessory fixing system from the Atranvelo brand, but it also works with common panniers of any brand.

What is the wheelbase of the bolts? My frame is the Absolute 2022 All Road and it measures 16.5cm wide.

I have all the standard braze ons on my Canon Road light 5 bike 700c. I'm assuming it will fit directly on my bike without any type of fit kit. Am I correct? Other concern I have is there is only one review & It says that it did not come with any mounting hardware. Does this rack come with all the necessary mounting hardware?

The luggage rack comes complete, but without the 4 necessary screws. These are already included on some bike models.
