The rack is lightweight and adequate for the weight listed. I had to adapt a spacer from the disc brake side to secure it. The top spring is useful for holding my panniers. In my case, I needed some longer bolts. The triangular side frame is semi-rigid and has no pivot points for adjustment, but you can adjust it with the front stays. There's a pump mount, with the traditional top-mount attachment. Overall, the material is reasonably good for the price.
