As well as mounting on dedicated "direct mount" forks, can this caliper also be attached to a traditional single mounting point at the centre of the fork? A picture of the rear would answer this.

They do not have two pins for fixing and it is impossible to mount on bikes with a central one. The entire structure of the caliper changes and it is not interchangeable..
